This web page represents a legal document and constitutes the terms and conditions for our website: www.gctraveldubai.com  (“Terms and Conditions”), owned by Golden Crown Travel & Tourism LLC (“GC”). By visiting Golden Crown’s website and/or Golden Crown’s services, you acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions set out below, and you hereby agree to fully comply with such Terms and Conditions.

Golden Crown reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time or update them occasionally in order to meet the appropriate requirements and standards. Your continued use of our website and/or our services after any amendments of these Terms and Conditions will constitute your acceptance of such amendments. Defined below is all the useful information about our online reservation system along with the Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL INFORMATION 

  • You must be at least 18 years of old to register and use this website. 
  • Our booking system can be used and accessed by a registered agent to book their individual customers. 
  • It is Golden Crown’s right to restrict access to other areas of this website, or to the entire website, at it’s discretion.
  • If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of this website or other content or services, you must ensure that such user ID and password are kept confidential at all. 
  • All information (written or in images) presented on the website is property of Golden Crown and is exclusive for the use of the website: www.gctraveldubai.com Any information presented on the website, any other information which is property of Golden Crown cannot be copied.
  • All written information and pictures on the website regarding hotels are true to the best of our knowledge; nevertheless, we will not be held responsible in any way if information, pictures or result are inaccurate or incomplete. 
  • You will be held fully responsible for the payment of the bookings and or purchases through our website. 
  • It is not accepted to use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
  • Golden Crown Travel & Tourism L.L.C (“Golden Crown”) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE

LIABILITY 

  • Golden Crown is making no representations, undertakings or warranties to you its client of any kind, and in particular, without limitation, to the use of our site, contents, products and services which are provided on an “as is” basis.
  • Any information provided on the website in relation to the Golden Crown’s inventory is provided as general information and Golden Crown shall not be responsible or liable if any such information is incorrect or inaccurate in any respect. 
  • Golden Crown is making no representations or warranties in relation to the booking system and shall not be held liable in any respect for any failure of the booking system. 

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of United Arab Emirates to the extent the same is applicable in Emirate of Dubai and the laws of Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions and our services shall be exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in Dubai, UAE. 

BOOKINGS

Hotel Bookings 

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings which appear to have been made to block or hold spaces. 
  • It is your duty to ensure all that all information or details in the booking are legitimate. You will be liable for any charges incurred due to incorrect information or details given on the booking. 
  • It is your duty to check all special conditions of the bookings. 
  • Golden Crown voucher will be issued to clients via e-mail and given to the traveler at all times. 
  • Amendments are subjected to the amendment policy stated on the booking if there is any otherwise, it will follow the same deadlines and charges of the cancellation condition. 
  • Cancellations are subjected to the cancellation conditions of the booking. 
  • Any requests such as early check in, late check out, interconnecting, non-smoking and others alike will be requested from the hotel but, cannot be guaranteed.
  • It is your duty to add and train ‘agents’ or users under your account and to monitor all their bookings. You will be responsible for all payments due on such bookings. 
  • Double bookings may result in both bookings being charged. 
  • Golden Crown is not responsible for the extras incurred by the guests. 

Transfer Bookings 

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings which appear to have been made to block or hold spaces. 
  • It is your duty to ensure all that all information or details in the booking are legitimate. You will be liable for any charges incurred due to incorrect information or details given on the booking. 
  • It is your duty to check all special conditions of the bookings.
  • Multiple transfer charges or hourly rates will be applied for additional stops outside the pickup/drop off zones. 
  • Rates do not include Parking or admission fees. 
  • Cancellations of confirmed services are subject to a cancellation charge depending on the cancellation time and service. 

Tours Bookings 

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings which appear to have been made to block or hold spaces. 
  • It is duty ensure all that all information or details in the booking are legitimate. You will be liable for any charges incurred due to incorrect information or details given on the booking. 
  • It is your duty to check all special conditions of the bookings. 
  • All tours are subject to availability. 

Airline Bookings 

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings which appear to have been made to block or hold spaces. If the booking is not confirmed at the given cut-off date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. 
  • It is your duty to ensure all that all information or details in the booking are legitimate. You will be liable for any charges incurred due to incorrect information or details given on the booking:
    • Name must be same as detailed in the passport 
    • Passport must be valid for the duration of your trip. (validity must not be less than six months from the departure date) You may also be required to obtain a visa for some destinations, and it is your responsibility to do so. 
    • For Child, exact date of birth as detailed in the passport
  • It is your duty to check all special conditions of the bookings.
  • If you require any of our special needs’ services, please request them when you make your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to the departure of your flight. 
  • Confirmed Golden Crown ticket coupon will be issued to clients via e-mail and given to the traveler at all times.
  • All reservations, including amendments and cancellations are subject to the Terms and Conditions, Customer Care Policy, General Conditions of Carriage and any applicable fees and charges of the preferred Airline. Therefore, there may be additional charges incurred, which Golden Crown are not liable for. 
  • All fares and flight schedule are subject to change hence Terms and Conditions apply of the preferred Airline. 
  • All special requests such as special meals and seating reservation must give advance notice at least 48 hours before the intended departure date and are subject to availability. 
  • All flights reservations or requested are subject to availability. 

RATES 

  • Rates or prices are final at the time of confirmation of a booking. The booking will be finalized for the total amount confirmed on the system and your invoices will be raised according to such amount. 
  • Rates are confidential and must not be disclosed or used in negotiations with a hotel/supplier or any other third party. 
  • We reserve the right to amend all rates quoted in the event of any changes in Government charges, levies and taxes. Any such charges will affect new and existing bookings for clients who have yet to stay at the hotel or utilize the service booked.
  • Certain bookings may have a confirmed price which is higher than the rates we publish and the normal rack rate. This is usually due to extra charges from hotels because of difficult or busy periods (e.g. Exhibitions & Events). In this case the rate on the booking confirmation will supersede the normal published rate. Any amendments done on confirmed bookings on a special rate, promotions may incur a rate change. The same is also applicable to no-shows. 
  • Mark-ups, handling fees and commissions are not applicable on cancelled bookings with charges. 

EXHIBITIONS & EVENTS PERIODS 

  • During fair periods, exhibitions, sporting events, etc. our prices may be closer to the rack rates of the hotels. It is your duty to inform the client that the price paid may sometimes be higher than that provided by the hotel, to avoid any dispute. 
  • Should any such date periods change or in the event new rates are applicable, the same will be confirmed at time of booking and shall be invoiced at the applicable rate. It is your duty to verify the same with the client, whether he is willing to pay the increased price. If not, you should cancel or amend the booking. 
  • It is your duty to ask for the prepayment of the entire stay. If such prepayment should not reach us within the dates agreed upon (on case to case basis), we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without issuing further warnings.
  • Some hotels may stipulate that bookings during exhibitions and events periods or high season are for a minimum stay. Once the booking is accepted, you will be liable for all the nights whereby no refund will be given. Even if the booking is cancelled or an earlier departure is made, full charges will apply. 
  • Rooms may not be held for these periods in fictitious names. In this case, non-arrival charges may be incurred by you.
  • Exhibition/Events bookings must not be made with fictitious names to hold space. If reservations are made with fictitious names, no show or cancellation charges may be applied. 

CHILD POLICY 

  • Golden Crown should be informed prior to the arrival date if there are any children coming with the parents. Hotels have different child policies & charges. Failure to do so may result in the guests being charged for the extra child/children or not being accommodated.
  • Concerning any meal policy, the properties commonly provide meals for children up to 2 years old free of charge. Children between 3-12 years old are commonly subject to extra meal charges depending on the property. 
  • For transfer bookings, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have the correct child/infant seat for use in the booked vehicle. Failure to do this could result in the service not taking place with no refund possible. 

CANCELLATIONS 

  • Reservations must be cancelled directly on our website. Cancellation terms and policies are usually outlined in the reservation. The acknowledgement in return will be the confirmation of the cancellation, and it will be taken as of the date and time of cancellation. The client is liable to pursue the acknowledgement. 
  • Cancellations after the deadline will result in an invoice only for the first night of stay (if unused) or for the charge asked from the hotel with the reservation. In some case the charges may be up to 100% of total amount, depending on Hotel/Supplier terms. 
  • The clients are not allowed to cancel or amend directly with the hotel. Any cancellations or amendments made directly with the hotel shall not be considered valid. The client should make all the cancellations and amendments and/or early check outs with www.gctraveldubai.com authorization by using the online system or through email to Golden Crown.
  • During exhibition and events periods, the terms of cancellation could be different from the standard terms. It is your duty to pay attention to such unusual cases. 

PAYMENT AND INVOICES 

  • All bookings’ invoices will be issued on the booking arrival date. Payment is due as per the number of days specified in your agency agreement. 
  • We reserve the right to suspend/block your system access, cancel all future bookings and/or terminate the contract if payments are not made as per the agreed period or deadline.
  • Payments made by credit cards cannot be cancelled without case. 
  • In the event of any cancellation by you, the cancellation policies of the relevant hotels may be applied to the cancellation and passed to you, in which case any hotel cancellation charges that Golden Crown incurs will be payable by you to Golden Crown as a debt, which shall be immediately due and payable, or applied to the credit card you have provided. 

BOOKOUTS 

  • In situation where hotels are required to close or are not operational due to reasons such as overbooking, system errors, government taking over the hotel/property for their use and other force majeure, Golden Crown will endeavor to find a suitable alternative accommodation for your guests. Golden Crown will try to offer alternative of the same category and location, whenever possible. You will be invoiced as per the hotel or accommodation bearing the lower cost. 

COMPLAINTS 

  • In case of any disputes or protests, any complaint shall be submitted to us in written form and within 15 days starting from the last day of the occupancy. Any complaint submitted after this deadline shall not be taken in consideration.
  • All disputes should be supported with documentary proofs. Any unsupported complaints will not be taken in consideration. 
  • If the client leaves the hotel before the pre-determined date, an invoice will be issued for the full stay and if the hotel confirms a reduction, it will be our responsibility to issue a credit note for the amount to refund. The client, prior to leaving the hotel, should ask for written declaration that states the exact date in which the stay was terminated and its availability to carry out the refund.
  • Disputes will not be accepted relating to discounted rates or hotel promotions enforced during the client’s stay. 

DISCLAIMER 

Subject to the limitations set out in these Terms and Conditions, under no circumstances will Golden Crown Travel & Tourism LLC, or its shareholders, directors, affiliates, -officers, employees, subsidiaries and agents be liable for any loss or damages of any kind including but not limited to: direct, indirect, special or consequential loss and damages for any use of the site www.gctraveldubai.com or for any of the services provided by Golden Crown Travel and Tourism LLC.
